Overview

The ‘School of Agriculture’ is always encouraging and emphasizing on importance of research activities right from its inception in the year 2017. The institute believes that teaching and research must remain equally vital as important elements in the shaping of an academic institution. At present, active research is being carried out in the instructional farm present in the institute in various aspects by all the departments of agriculture. The departmental research projects are carried out by different faculty members with an objective to generate technologies in the field of agriculture. The location specific technologies generated out of research can be utilized by the farmers to increase their production. The research findings are utilized for publications in national and international journals and paper presentation in national/international symposia/conferences.
