At GIET University, we are motivated by our shared aspirations for a bright future. Employees are the foundation of a university. As a result, it is our primary responsibility to design better approaches. These approaches will create a conducive environment for administration members and teaching staff. We encourage them to stay devoted to their institution’s ideals and priorities. GIETU encourages them to serve for institutional success with a stronger sense of their health. For this very reason, we have several employee engagement strategies in place. Employee engagement is premised on an institution’s and its employee’s honesty, truthfulness, two-way dedication, and communication. It can be cultivated and strategically expanded; it can also be erased and discarded. We hope to elicit a more substantial commitment from our staff members. It will result in fewer absences, lower sick days, lower injury rates, fewer disputes and perceived injustices, and higher efficiency.
