Students Grievance redressal is a very crucial component of our overall functioning. The mission is to help students overcome issues about the college, be it administrative, academic or non-academic affairs. Student Grievance is embedded in our student-centred agendas. We take students’ complaints and queries very seriously. Our primary goal is to alleviate a student’s looming concerns. The entire procedure is carried out formally between authorities and the student in question. It is the GIETU responsibility to offer a safe and secure environment. Typically, resolving a complaint or grievance entails resolving the problem rather than punishing. Students who wish to file formal complaints or any academic or non-academic grievance should follow the processes.
