Mechanical Engineering is amongst the broadest and versatile branches of engineering. It involves applying physics, mathematical principles, and materials science to design, analyze, manufacture and maintain mechanical systems. The scope of mechanical engineering is vast. Mechanical Engineering subjects include manufacturing engineering, automobile engineering, power plant engineering, thermal engineering, etc. And with the rise of science and technology, mechanical engineers can opt for new domains in the field like robotics, nanotechnology, mechatronics engineering (it is a combination of electrical, computer, and mechanical engineering).
