VISWAKARAMA PUJA AT MECHANICAL WORKSHOP

The Viswakarma Puja at the Mechanical Workshop of Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology University, Odisha, Gunupur campus, was a momentous occasion for both students and faculty. It was held on 16th September 2024, the celebration commenced at 11:00 am with a traditional worship ceremony dedicated to Lord Viswakarma, the divine architect and engineer.

The event saw active participation from students and faculty across various departments, reflecting a spirit of unity and reverence. The puja included Puspanjali (flower offerings) and Prasad Sevan (distribution of blessed food), creating an atmosphere imbued with spirituality and devotion. The workshop transformed into a sacred space where attendees sought the blessings of Lord Viswakarma for prosperity, creativity, and success in their engineering pursuits. The reverent and festive mood underscored the deep respect for the divine patron of craftsmen and engineers.
