One District One Green Champion

GIET University is profoundly happy to receive the ‘One District One Green Champion’ award for its exemplary performance in Swachhta Action Plan (SAP) Green Campus Initiative. The prestigious honour is felicitated by Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education (MGNCRE), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India under the ‘Swachhta Action Plan 2020-2021’. GIET University has made a mark and name for itself as the Green Champion of the district of Rayagada with its untiring efforts of promoting Swachhta (cleanliness), Jal Shakti Abhiyan, and proper sanitation plans in the campus and beyond. GIETU congratulates everyone and urges them to exuberantly participate in such noble deeds.
