Engineer’s Day celebration on 15th September 2025
The IEI & ISTE Student Chapters, in collaboration with the SARS Club at GIET University, proudly organized the Engineer’s Day celebration on 15th September 2025 with great enthusiasm and participation.
The program began with a warm welcome address by Mr. Manas Ranjan Panda, Event Coordinator, who highlighted the successful execution of the technical events held as part of the celebration and encouraged students to continue participating actively in such academic and co-curricular activities in the future.
Dr. Asish Tiwary, Convenor of the SARS Club, inspired the gathering by sharing the remarkable achievements of the GIETU SARS Club in various national-level robotic forums.
The event was further graced by Dr. P. Vijay Kumar, COE, GIETU, who narrated the life and contributions of Sir M. Visvesvaraya, motivating students to pursue excellence and dedication in their careers.
Dr. A. V. N. L. Sharma, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, GIETU, shared his personal journey as an engineer and emphasized the challenges and responsibilities engineers face in shaping the nation.
The Chief Guest of the celebration, Dr. S. M. Ali, Executive Secretary, ISTE, New Delhi, applauded the University and the coordinators for their sincere efforts in organizing the event. He urged students to work with commitment and determination to build successful careers.
In the lead-up to Engineer’s Day, a series of technical events were organized by the IEI & ISTE Student Chapters in association with the SARS Club. These events saw the participation of over 250 students from various engineering disciplines, showcasing innovation, creativity, and technical skills. The top performers were recognized and awarded cash prizes worth ₹19,000.
The celebration concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Prof. Rakesh Sahu, marking the end of a memorable and inspiring event.
ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟର୍ସ ଦିବସ ଉତ୍ସବ 2025
GIET Universityର IEI ଓ ISTE ଛାତ୍ରଚାପ୍ଟର, SARS Club ସହିତ ସମ୍ୟୁକ୍ତ ପ୍ରୟାସରେ 15 ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର 2025 ରେ “ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟର୍ସ ଦିବସ” କୁ ଉତ୍ସାହ ଓ ଭାଗୀଦାରୀ ସହିତ ଉଦ୍ଯାପନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
କାର୍ୟକ୍ରମର ଆରମ୍ଭ ଶ୍ରୀ ମନସ ରଞ୍ଜନ ପଣ୍ଡା, Event Coordinatorଙ୍କ ସ୍ବାଗତ ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନ ସହିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ସେ, ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରାୟୋଗିକ କାର୍ୟକ୍ରମର ସଫଳତା ବିଷୟରେ କହିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ଅଧିକ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଭାଗ ନେବାକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିଲେ।
ଡ଼. ଆଶିଷ ତିୱାରୀ, SARS Club Convenor, GIETU SARS Clubଙ୍କର ରୋବୋଟିକ୍ସ୍ ମଞ୍ଚଗୁଡିକରେ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ସଫଳତା ବିଷୟରେ କହିଥିଲେ।
ଡ଼. ପି. ବିଜୟ କୁମାର, COE, GIETU, ମୋକ୍ଷଗୁଣ୍ଡମ ବିଶ୍ୱେଶ୍ୱରୟ୍ୟଙ୍କର ଜୀବନ କାହାଣୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ କର୍ମନିଷ୍ଠା ସହିତ ଉତ୍କର୍ଷତାର ପଥରେ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ପ୍ରେରିତ କରିଥିଲେ।
ଡ଼. ଏ.ଭି.ଏନ.ଏଲ. ଶର୍ମା, Vice-Chancellor, GIETU, ସ୍ବୀୟ ଯାତ୍ରା ସାହାଭାଗୀ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଏକ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟର୍ କେମିତି ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ୍ ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ କରିଥାଏ ତାହାର ବିଷୟରେ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ସୂଚିତ କରିଥିଲେ।
Chief Guest ଡ଼. ଏସ. ଏମ. ଆଲି, Executive Secretary, ISTE, New Delhi, ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ କୋଓର୍ଡିନେଟରମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ତୁତି କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ କର୍ମଠତା ସହିତ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ସଫଳତା ଲାଭ କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରେରିତ କରିଥିଲେ।
ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟର୍ସ ଦିବସ ପୂର୍ବରୁ, IEI ଓ ISTE Student Chapter, SARS Club ସହିତ ମିଶି 250ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଯୋଗଦାନ ସହିତ ପ୍ରାୟୋଗିକ କାର୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆୟୋଜନ କରିଥିଲେ। ବିଜେତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ₹19,000 ମୋଟ କ୍ୟାଶ୍ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
କାର୍ୟକ୍ରମର ସମାପନ ପ୍ରଫେସର ରାକେଶ ସାହୁଙ୍କ Vote of Thanks ସହିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
