• Objective:

To develop new age management skills/business skills Required for being effective in the job and progress in career.

Course Structure:

**End of semester II –Dissertation**

Methodology:

• The program will be delivered on digital platform every weekend. Time table will be shared every month.
• Every two months contact sessions on the campus of the university will be organized (Attendance only by registration).
• Mentor r/Buddy will be allocated to every student for guiding.
• Career counseling and guidance will be offered to every student.

Content delivery:

• Live sessions of experts from industry every weekend
• Business quiz once a month to enhance business knowledge
• Knowledge services through WhatsApp.
• Duration of this program is 1 year ( 2 semesters )
• On Saturday 11am-2.00pm and on Sunday 11 am-1.00pm

Evaluation System:

• No written examination after every semester
• Two assignments of each subject of 50 marks, online assignment submission
• Viva exam online at the end of first year and second year for 25 mark

Passing Certificate

On successful completion of the course, passing certificate will be awarded by the university.

6. Mr. Tanmay NaharHas worked in Netherlands, Austria and entire Europe for more than 20 years. Expertise in sales,telecom and marketing.
7. Mrs. Riya GoteCorporate trainer in leadership, motivation and corporate communication. She runs her own company in Pune and Singapore.
