On the vibrant campus of GIET University Gunupur, an enriching one-day workshop unfolded for the enthusiastic students of ECE & EE-EEE, both from the 4th semester, focusing on the realms of Industrial Automation- PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Drives. Orchestrated by the diligent coordination of Mr. Ashish Tiwary, Asst. Prof., Dept. of ECE and Mr. Rakesh Sahoo, Asst. Prof., Dept. of EE-EEE, the event aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of these essential facets of modern engineering.

The event, held on the 13th of April 2024, aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of these crucial aspects of modern engineering.

Resource Person:

Mr. Debasis Gouda, Co-founder (Automation Nodes), an esteemed expert in the field, graced the audience with his extensive knowledge and experience. With 18 years of practical insight, Mr. Debasis brought real-world applications and industry insights to the workshop, enriching the learning experience for all attendees.

Distinguished Guests:

Dr. AVNL Sharma, the Vice Chancellor of GIET University, adorned the event as the guest of honor. Alongside him were esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. Bibhu Prasad, Head of the Department of ECE, and Dr. Srikant Mishra, Assistant Head of the Department of EE-EEE.
