I2I (Industry to Institution Interaction) is the response of a technical institution to the challenges that globalisation has posed. A quality engineering or management institute needs continuous interaction with the industry in order to make the students more suitable for the industry . It is a win-win strategy whereby, ultimately the society gains. The centre provides in-plant vocational training and summer internship in different organizations to every student who enters the
portals of the college and does provide career counselling to all.

The major thrust of the centre is to equip the engineering and MBA, MCA, Biotechnology students with value addition and career opportunities. It motivates and prepares students in elevation and development of their personality along with the technique of facing the interviews.



It endeavors to prepare students for GRE, TOEFL, GATE, for foreign education etc.It organizes campus/off-campus interviews and fosters platform for interaction with the experts of the industry. Quiz programmes, debates, seminars, GDs, aptitude tests, mock interviews, etc. are taken up by the centre. Communication and interpersonal skill development programmes are carried out. Computer proficiency classes are also organized.





It invites guest faculties from different institution and industries from inside and outside the country. Industrial tour is a part of the centre’s activity, which provides practical exposure to the budding technocrats and aspiring managers.


Personality development programme, combined with spoken English, coaching for civil services like IAS, IPS to 20% of the identified students is a regular co-curricular activity in all Gandhi Group of Institutions. This has been enhancing the possibility of the students to get into multinational companies, go for higher studies of excellence inside the country and even in USA, UK, Australia etc.
